Synergy Ventures is a Milwaukee-based Real Estate services firm. We have over a dozen years' experience in real estate, rehabbing, and property management, and can provide a variety of services for owners and investors alike.

For investor-owners, we can provide project management services to take away the headache of rehabbing houses or tenant turnovers, or we can provide a la carte services such as tenant screening, lawn care, maintenance or other repair services on an as-needed basis. Our website allows for online tenant application submission as well as online forms to report tenant issues and maintenance requests.

For distressed property owners, we can provide cash purchases and quick closing to get problem properties off your hands as fast as possible - so you don't have to write any more checks or have any more headaches dealing with unwanted properties.
